₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in State Bank Colony – is this the actual market rate? Rent se pareshan hoon. Daily life wahan kaisa hai, especially peak hour traffic? Prices justified hain kya?

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in State Bank Colony? My jaw literally dropped. I thought I was overreacting, but reading your post, I feel validated. Even in Alaknanda, prices are getting crazy, but this sounds like a different league altogether. Rent se toh sabhi pareshan hain, but yeh investment toh poori life ki saving kha jayegi.
