My landlord hiked rent again this year, and honestly, I'm fed up. Finally taking the plunge to buy in New Delhi, and State Bank Colony has come up on my radar. It seems like a good area on maps, but I'm trying to get a real feel for it. What's daily life *really* like there? Is it generally peaceful, or super noisy? For families, how's the safety and security, especially at night? Parking is a huge concern for me; is it a daily battle to find a spot, or is it manageable? Also, any word on the RWA effectiveness or maintenance charges? Just trying to figure out the actual vibe and hidden costs before committing. Should I be looking at something else instead? Thanks for any insights!

Bhai, State Bank Colony? Thoda research kar lo pehle. Prices wahan abhi kaafi inflated hain, aur connectivity sirf Saket se achhi hai. Agar budget-conscious ho, toh I'd suggest checking out areas like parts of Alaknanda or maybe even Govindpuri. Wahan shay
Hey, I'm also a first-time buyer and State Bank Colony sounds promising! But yeah, the parking and RWA part is what worries me the most. Is it really that bad?
