₹1.76 Cr for ACE Terra sounds like a lot, but after buying, I've realized total cost is way more than just the base price. Just moved in last month, and things nobody told me about actual expenses are crazy. Stellar Dreamland City mein kya hidden costs hain? Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai, but carpet area efficiency aur maintenance charges ka scene alag hai. PLC, parking, society charges – sab add karke kya total ownership cost sach mein itna badh jaata hai? Any advice on these unexpected costs?

Stellar Dreamland City – I've been checking this one out for my own family. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. Marketing spin toh sabko pata hai. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe accha lagta hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Clubhouse, gym, pool – are they actually usable, ya maintenance ka issue rehta hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly community hai, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Jo dikhate hain, wohi milta hai kya? Builders ka track record toh main janta hoon, but residents ka experience kya kehta hai? Off the record opinions chahiye, seriously.
