Stellar Group has projects, but their delivery history makes me nervous about construction-linked plans. It feels like a trap, paying EMIs with no possession. What's the community's take on builders sticking to timelines here? Should I pay a premium for RTM, or are reliable under-construction projects in sectors like 150 worth the wait?
