Stellar Group's delivery history is a major red flag

Not proud of this but I almost overlooked a builder's past delivery issues before booking Stellar One Phase II. The pre-launch pricing at around ₹1.60 Cr seemed great, but now I'm worried about actual possession timelines. Has anyone here invested in Stellar Group's previous projects in Noida? What was their delivery track record like? I'm trying to figure out if my investment is safe from major delays. What specific checks should I do beyond RERA to ensure they don't drag their feet? Any tips on mitigating under-construction risk for upcoming projects?
