Stellar Group's delivery history is a major red flag
Not proud of this but I almost overlooked a builder's past delivery issues before booking Stellar One Phase II. The pre-launch pricing at around ₹1.60 Cr seemed great, but now I'm worried about actual possession timelines. Has anyone here invested in Stellar Group's previous projects in Noida? Bhai, Stellar ka track record Alistonia Estate mein toh disaster tha. 2018 ka project abhi tak pura nahi hua. RERA mein complain kiya tha, but no use. Be careful, aisi cheezein bahut common hain.
