Just moved into Stellar One, Sector 110. EMI is killing me, yaar. Rent seems way cheaper right now. Anyone else facing this? Is it worth selling and renting instead?

Ultimately, it depends on your financial situation and risk tolerance. Do what's best for you.
I'm also in Stellar One. Facing the same dilemma. The maintenance charges are ridiculously high!
Maybe try renting it out for a higher price than your EMI, U1. That way, you can cover your costs and keep the property.
Before selling, get a professional property valuation done. Don't rely on online estimates.
So, U1, what are you leaning towards now? Still considering selling?
Don't just look at rent vs EMI, U1. Factor in property taxes, maintenance charges, and potential appreciation. It's a complex calculation.
Yaar, builders in Noida are notorious for delays and hidden charges. It's a gamble.
U1, have you talked to your bank about restructuring your loan? Maybe you can extend the tenure to reduce the EMI.
Check the amenities, U1. Are they fully functional? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... These things add value to the property.
Inflation is crazy right now. Rent is also going to increase eventually. So, think long term.
Bhai, this builder ka track record is mixed. Some projects are good, some are delayed. Check RERA registration details before making any decision.
Rent seems cheaper *now* because interest rates are high. But if rates drop, your EMI might come down. Have you considered refinancing?
Sector 110 is a good location, though. Close to the metro and expressway. Selling might be a hasty decision, U1.
Which floor are you on, U1? Corner unit or middle? These things affect resale value a lot.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Initially felt the same way, but now I'm glad I stuck with it. The new Jewar airport will boost property values in the long run.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Sector 75. EMI was a nightmare. But I held on, and now the property value has increased significantly. Patience is key.
Possession mila kya, U1? And when did you book? Builder ne kitna delay kiya?
Important questions, U10. Delay is a major factor affecting the decision.
U10, possession mila last year. Delay was about 1.5 years. Not too bad compared to other builders in Noida.
Stellar One mein rent vs EMI... relatable bhai! Sector 110 is expensive. I'm also thinking the same thing. EMI is just eating up everything.
Totally agree U1. EMI is a killer. Have you calculated the total interest you'll be paying over the loan tenure? Scary stuff.
EMI is always higher initially, especially with the current interest rates. Rent might seem cheaper now, but property prices usually go up in the long run. Think long term, U1.
U1, before selling, check the current market rate for Stellar One. You might not get what you expect, especially if there are a lot of units available.
U4, how to check market rate reliably? Online portals are often inflated.
U7, best way is to talk to local brokers. They know the actual transacted prices.
Good point, U4. Sector 110 has seen a lot of new projects recently. Competition is high.
Exactly. And resale value depends on so many things - floor, facing, amenities... It's not always a sure thing.
