Stellar One quality: worth the investor premium?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Greater Noida online, especially Stellar One. Honestly, virtual tours look good, but I'm super worried about actual construction quality. Heard about cracks and seepage within a year. Brochure amenities seem great, but kya woh deliver hote hain, ya bas show-off hai? I'm in Dubai, can't do site inspections. For an investor, resale value and tenant attraction are key. If quality isn't there, ROI hit hoga. High maintenance charges ka kya fayda agar service value for money nahi? Stellar One residents, what's the ground reality?
