Stellar One's build quality matters more than bells and whistles
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but I'm stuck on how much construction quality impacts future value. Looking at Stellar One and other Greater Noida projects, fed up of renting yaar. For an investor, is that initial builder finish really a big deal? Matlab, after 2-3 years, don't all flats face some seepage or fitting issues? How much does good construction help with resale price or tenant retention? Does better initial quality mean lower long-term maintenance? Any tips for under-construction site visits?

Totally agree with you, bhai! I'm also a first-time buyer with a similar budget (₹85 L – ₹1.3 Cr is my range too) and this quality question keeps me up at night. Stellar One looks good on paper but what about long-term? Is it worth stretching for better quality or just go for something cheaper and fix issues later?
