₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Bengaluru feels like a stretch, but with two kids, we really need the space. We've looked at a few places, including Sterling Ascentia. The brochures show amazing amenities, especially for kids – big play areas, pools, everything. But seeing it in person after some time, I'm just not sure how much is actually usable. Is the promised children's play area truly safe and well-maintained, or just a checkbox item? My wife's priority is a genuinely safe place for the children to play freely, not just a fancy-looking park that's always empty or poorly kept. Are these amenities usually delivered as promised, or do they cut corners later? Would love to hear real experiences on amenity delivery, especially for families.
