Sterling Ascentia amenity reality is a big letdown
Sterling Ascentia – just moved in last month and honestly, kuch baatein toh builder ne chhupayi hain. Everyone glorifies the amenities, but nobody talks about the daily struggle. Power backup? They promised full flat for my 3 BHK, but it's barely common areas and just one light point per room. Bas naam ka backup hai, yaar. Ab inverter lagana padega, it's an extra cost nobody mentioned. Aur pani ka toh kya hi bolu. Tanker dependency is real. Society ka tank jaldi khaali ho jaata hai, especially weekends. Maintenance charges are high, around ₹6000 for my unit, but for what? Basic needs like consistent power and water are a big question mark. Feels like paying premium for half-baked services. Is this normal in Bengaluru societies? I'm not sure if this is just my building or a common issue. Change my mind.

Sterling Ascentia toh kaafi premium project lagta hai, usmein bhi yeh sab issues? Meri toh neend udd gayi hai ghar lene ke naam se. Budget-conscious hone ke naate, every extra cost is a nightmare.
