Sterling Ascentia: Are the promised utilities actually real?

Is the full flat power backup at Sterling Ascentia actually delivered, or is it mostly for common areas? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa. Sterling Ascentia looks good on paper, but I'm worried about daily utility realities. Do residents face frequent power cuts with only common area backup? And what about water supply? Is it reliable 24/7 or is there heavy tanker dependency? Already have a home loan, don't want unexpected tanker bills. Is the price jump for a premium 3BHK truly justified if these essential services aren't rock solid? What's the actual maintenance cost for these, versus the service quality? Really appreciate any insights from owners.
