₹1.5 Cr for 3BHK at Sterling Ascentia? Bhai, yeh price toh bahut kam lag raha hai for that area. Green areas ka toh pata nahi, but usually builders show big plans and deliver small. Maintenance charges bhi important hain. Koi actual resident hai kya?

U1, sahi kaha. I checked their website, 2.1 Cr se shuru ho raha hai 3BHK. 1.5 Cr is definitely too good to be true. Green areas ka toh bas brochure
