Sterling Ascentia investors: Is the amenity premium worth it?

After 5 site visits, I'm eyeing Sterling Ascentia. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Do top-notch security and huge clubhouses really boost resale or attract good tenants? Is that premium justified for investors?

Bhai, similar thoughts! Amenities are mind-blowing but the price, ₹2.1 Cr minimum? Mera budget hil raha hai.
