Visited Sterling Ascentia last weekend, and honestly, thoda confused hoon about the amenities. Brochure mein toh sab mast dikhta hai, but actual delivery mein kitna difference hota hai? My parents keep saying builders promise a lot, but give very little practical stuff. Like the clubhouse, is it actually used daily or just for show? I'm worried about construction quality too, like after a year, will there be seepage issues ya cracks? For a first home, I really want it to feel like a proper home, not just an investment. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain, is it value for money for the actual service? Any current residents or ex-residents se real feedback mil sakta hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's worth the premium.
