₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Sterling Ascentia is a huge decision for my first investment. I'm looking at it for long-term wealth creation, but honestly, the numbers are a bit hazy. Has anyone bought here and seen decent capital appreciation since its launch? What's the real rental yield like for a 2BHK or 3BHK in that area? Trying to figure out if the rental income can cover a good chunk of the EMI. Also, how reliable is Sterling Developers with project delivery? I'm worried about under-construction risks and delays.
