After researching Sterling Ascentia from Dubai, I'm genuinely concerned. Everyone talks about fancy amenities, but will those clubhouses actually be maintained after 2 years? I'm based abroad, can't do site inspections myself. Worried poor construction quality will kill resale value or lead to huge maintenance costs. Does it attract tenants long-term, really? Change my mind.
