My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. I work in real estate, so I know how builders spin things, but buying for myself is different. Looking at Sterling Ascentia, the brochures look great. But off the record, how's the actual water situation there? Are we talking tanker dependency or reliable BWSSB? And the lifts, do they actually get stuck often? Also, what about the kids' play area – is it just a tiny corner or genuinely usable and safe? Would love honest opinions from residents.

Yaar, I saw Sterling Ascentia too and the brochures look amazing, no doubt. But for a first-time buyer like me, 2.1 Cr is a massive commitment. I'm really worried about the 'ONGOING' status with a 2026 possession date. Builders often delay projects, especially in this market where approvals take forever. What if it gets stuck for years, or they ask for more money later? My lease ends in 4 months, and this uncertainty is killing me.
