Finally taking the plunge after years of rent hikes in Gurugram, I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 83, maybe from Paramount Associates. My budget is around ₹1.6 Cr for the property value itself, but I'm trying to figure out the actual *all-in* cost. Is it true that stamp duty and registration can add another 7-8% on top? Builders sometimes quote just the basic price, but then there's PLC, parking, and maintenance charges. Kya kisi ko pata hai what other hidden charges usually pop up closer to possession? Don't want any nasty surprises later. Should I factor in like 15-20% extra over the base price for everything? Any advice on how to get a clearer picture of the final amount upfront? Thanks!
