₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Mohali feels steep for a ready-to-move flat. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place, just something manageable with an elevator. I'm honestly frustrated with these floor-rise premiums; why pay extra for a higher floor when I just want convenience? Should I be looking more at secondary market deals? People say you can negotiate better on resale, but is that true in Chandigarh? Or are hidden costs still a major headache there too? Just want a clear picture.
