Is the resale market healthy right now or is selling difficult? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, and honestly, I'm finding it tough to gauge the real pulse. I'm eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 49, maybe a Godrej or DLF project, around ₹1.8 Cr. But my current 2BHK in Zirakpur isn't moving as fast as I'd hoped. Are people finding buyers quickly in places like Mohali (Sectors 69-71) or New Chandigarh? Or are we seeing a slowdown? I know what builders don't tell you, but off the record, are buyers still around for resale properties, especially with all the new stuff coming up near PR7 Airport Road? Should I wait it out or maybe lower my expectations for my Zirakpur flat? What's the general sentiment?
