Since last year I've been tracking 16th Parkview in Gaur Yamuna City. It's ready to move, which is good. But as an investor, main concern is resale value. Kya actual secondary market active hai? I know builders ka marketing, but real buyers kitne milenge 5 saal baad? Price trend bhi dekha hai, lagta hai appreciation slow hai. What's the real ground reality for exiting this project?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I saw the price range for 16th Parkview, ₹59 L – ₹1.7 Cr. For a ready-to-move project it sounds tempting, but if resale isn't there, it's just a dead investment. My budget is tight, can't afford to get stuck in something illiquid.
