₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 49, Chandigarh — that's the quoted price I got for a Sushma project. Builder bol raha hai no negotiation. Is this true? Matlab, can't even knock off a few lakhs? Also, things nobody tells you about, like stamp duty and registration charges. Broker says 5-7% extra but is there more? Kya koi hidden costs bhi hoti hain jo possession ke time pe aati hain? Want to avoid surprises. Any first-hand experience on this?
