The floor rise premium in Sector 24C feels like pure daylight robbery. I work in real estate, but even I'm shocked how much builders charge for higher floors. PLC toh samajh aata hai, but extra ₹500/sqft for 4th floor? Kya worth hai iski? It just inflates the all-in cost so much. Anyone actually negotiate this down or is it fixed?

Absolutely! I was checking a project near Rasulpur, same story. ₹400/sqft for 2nd floor
