Struggling with Ghaziabad project layouts for senior living

Ghaziabad — I'm really struggling with these new project layouts. Kids have moved out, so we need something manageable. Magic JK Homes, for example, shows grand clubhouses and green spaces. But are they actually usable? Everyone glorifies these huge amenities, but nobody talks if they're ghost towns or just concrete with potted plants. For older folks, actual walking paths and quiet, usable spaces are crucial. Are these facilities for show, or do people genuinely use them? Change my mind.
