Struggling with payment plan choice for our Greater Noida 3BHK
Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out the best payment plan for a new flat in Greater Noida. My wife and I are looking for a 3BHK for the kids, maybe around Noida Extension or Sector 107. Our budget is around ₹1.2 Cr tak. Builders like Adarsh Group offer construction-linked plans (CLP) and also some upfront down payment schemes. Not sure which one is smarter for a family like ours. Is CLP really better, ya phir down payment mein zyada discount milta hai? I heard pre-launch offers sometimes have better payment terms but also higher risk. Meri main concern hai ki EMI start hone ke pehle possession mil jaye. What are people's experiences with these plans? Especially with the Jewar Airport infra, prices are rising, but I don't want to get stuck with a bad payment structure. Koi tips for a family like ours on this?
