Struggling with Sattva Lake Ridge investment decision
Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely confused about Sattva Lake Ridge. I currently have a 2BHK in Gachibowli, and I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa for better rental returns. Is the price jump worth it for an upcoming project like this? I already have a home loan, so any further delay impacts my ROI big time. My biggest worry is the under-construction risk. Builder ka delivery track record acha hai, but still, delays are common in Hyderabad, right? Also, investor ratio vs end-user ratio kya hai yahan? Don't want to invest in a ghost society, that'll kill resale potential and rental yield. Anyone bought into this or similar Sattva projects recently? What's your experience with actual delivery timelines and the secondary market?

Yaar, totally understand your confusion. Sattva ka name toh hai, but upcoming project with possession date 2028-01-01 is a huge wait.
