₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Sobha Neopolis Phase 4 feels like a stretch, even with my real estate background. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different; it's hard to cut through the marketing spin. I know what builders don't tell you, but still... Is Neopolis genuinely good for daily living, or is it just 'amenity-rich' on paper? I'm curious about which amenities are actually useful day-to-day. Also, what's the neighbourhood quality like? Are schools and hospitals truly close by and decent? Really need honest opinions beyond the brochures.

Totally relate, bhai! ₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK is a huge jump for a first-timer. Marketing hype is real. I'm also looking at Sobha projects but the price for Neopolis is making me rethink. Are the amenities really worth that much premium?
