Stuck between areas for family 3BHK, need honest opinions
3 builders, 5 site visits, 2 months — still no decision. My wife and I are upgrading to a 3BHK for our growing family, kids' school admission is a huge factor. We're looking at areas like Gachibowli, Kondapur, and Narsingi, but it's tough. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr to ₹2.0 Cr. We saw a My Home project, but honestly, the traffic near there felt insane already. I'm wondering if areas slightly off the main IT corridor, maybe benefiting from the ORR or future Metro expansion, are a smarter long-term bet. Are those infrastructure promises actually making a difference in daily commute or property value? Or is it just marketing talk? Should we prioritize ready-to-move for peace of mind, or is there still value in under-construction projects if you pick a reputable builder like Aparna? Not sure if the price difference is worth the wait and potential headaches. Any experiences with these areas or builders, especially regarding family life, would be super helpful.

Bhai, exactly my situation! Gachibowli traffic toh next level hai, My Home ke paas toh especially. Hum bhi 3BHK dekh rahe hain, kids ke school ke liye. Narsingi looks promising but then connectivity ka doubt aata hai. Ready-to-move ya under-construction, yahi samajh nahi aa raha. My budget is similar, around 1.8 Cr. Any thoughts on Aparna projects in these areas?
