Stuck between builders for my 3BHK upgrade

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 57, eyeing a 3BHK on Golf Course Ext. Road. Is the premium for DLF or Godrej really justified for construction quality? Worried about cracks post-possession. How's their customer support compared to Signature Global? Don't want to chase them for maintenance.
