Stuck between builders for my first Gurgaon home

EMI vs rent math is finally pushing me to buy in Gurgaon. Everyone glorifies Pyramid Palm County but I'm worried about their actual carpet area vs advertised super area. Is Sunder Luxury Floors DLF Phase 2 better for construction quality? Not sure which gives better resale down the line. Change my mind.
