Stuck between builders, need long-term society insights
Sector 150 – kids have moved out, so I'm looking to downsize from our big house. Don't need such a big place anymore, want something manageable near a good hospital in Greater Noida. We're selling our current property and thinking of a compact 2BHK or small 3BHK. My main concern is long-term society maintenance. Builders like Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons – unki societies 2-3 saal baad kaisi rehti hain? Matlab, post-possession maintenance charges reasonable rehte hain ya phir ekdum exorbitant ho jaate hain? Aur resident ka word-of-mouth reputation kaisa hai? Builder control karte rehte hain RWA ya hand over kar dete hain? Any actual residents from these projects can share unka experience, please? I'm not looking for just sales pitch, real feedback chahiye. Hope this helps someone else too.
