posted on 16 MayStuck between direct builder and broker tactics for better deals
₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Mota Mava feels high, even from a well-known builder like Ansal API. Everyone says resale properties mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai, but I've found new projects sometimes offer better 'all-in' deals after pushing hard. For an investor, total acquisition cost is key for ROI. Should I deal direct with builders like Balaji Group, ya broker better hidden discounts nikal sakta hai? My data suggests brokers can sometimes unlock more value. Change my mind.

₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Mota Mava is definitely steep, even for Ansal API. Have you checked other projects in the vicinity? Around Krishna Kunj, I've seen similar configurations for ₹60-65 lakh range, though maybe not from a builder like Ansal. Direct deals often look better on paper but then hidden charges add up.
Totally agree, bhai. Ye hidden charges hi toh dimaag kharab karte hain.
