Stuck between DLF and Godrej for a Vasant Kunj upgrade

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — I'm stuck between DLF and Godrej for a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Is the premium justified? Worried about their construction quality and delivery track records. Any experiences with either, especially regarding hidden charges after possession?
