Stuck between Greater Noida West and Pari Chowk, need advice
Noida Extension feels like my only real option, but I'm skeptical about its long-term potential. Fed up of renting, I'm eyeing a 2BHK around ₹75L. Is Greater Noida West still the best locality for appreciation, especially with Jewar Airport? Or should I look at Pari Chowk? What's truly worth it?

Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) has always seemed like the logical choice for affordability, but long-term growth ka doubt toh rehta hai. Jewar factor is big, but will it really make a difference to GN West or only closer areas like Yamuna Expressway?
Yaar, Jewar ka impact Greater Noida West tak aayega, but maybe not immediately. The real appreciation will be in areas closer to the airport, like around Ajayabpur or even further down Yamuna Expressway. GN West already has a lot of inventory, which might slow down price jumps.
U1, totally agree. Affordability is key. Pari Chowk ke rates toh sky-high hain, 75L mein kuch nahi milta udhar.
