Since last Diwali, I'm eyeing properties in Noida, especially Sector 49. CBPL Homes ke projects bhi dekhe hain. Secondary market mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai kya? Builders toh price drop nahi karte. Resale mein hidden costs kam hote hain kya, ya wahan bhi surprises hain?
