Stuck between new projects and resale in Rajkot
Honestly, buying my own place in Rajkot is way tougher than selling for clients. I'm eyeing a 3BHK, budget around 90L, mostly for investment. New projects, like from Maruti Group or Balaji, barely budge on price. So, I'm seriously considering the secondary market. Kalawad Road ya 150 Feet Ring Road pe. Aap logon ka kya experience hai? Resale properties mein negotiation ka scope kitna hota hai, actually? Ansal API ke purane projects ya Krishna Kunj mein, kya wahan achhi deals mil sakti hain? Investor perspective se, total acquisition cost kam karna hai. Secondary market mein hidden charges ya title issues ka darr kitna real hai? Aur kya brokers resale mein better value nikalwa sakte hain? New projects mein toh PLC, floor rise sab add ho jaata hai. Secondary mein kya ye sab avoid ho sakta hai? Koi tips hain?
