Stuck between Noida and Greater Noida. Help!

Okay I'll be honest—I'm torn. Everyone says Noida is better, but Greater Noida offers bigger spaces for less. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Honestly not sure if the extra space is worth the commute. Is Sector 150 really as good as people say? Or is the Yamuna Expressway area the next big thing? Need opinions. Also, plot versus flat—what do you think?
