Explore more. Aisa nahi hai ki yehi do options hain. Current market mein buyers ko thodi leverage mil rahi hai, use it wisely.

Yaar, Supertech Neerajanil ka toh pata nahi, but under-construction projects ne meri neend haram kar di thi. 2018 mein ek project book kiya tha Greater Noida West mein, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Builder ne 2 saal ka delay bola tha, ab 5 ho gaye. Paisa phasa hua hai, EMI bhi jaa rahi hai. Carpet area achha dikhta hai paper pe, but actual delivery mein bahut farak hota hai.
U10, RERA site pe check kiya tha, Neerajanil ka expected completion 2026 Q2 dikha raha hai. But onsite work bahut slow hai. Mere ek dost ne wahan visit kiya tha, bol raha hai abhi toh structural work bhi theek se complete nahi hua. Looks like another 2-3 year delay minimum, knowing Supertech's history.

Mere ek colleague ne wahan flat liya tha 2010 mein, uski registry abhi tak nahi hui hai. Soch lo kitna serious hai. 2004 ka possession hai, aur abhi tak yeh haal.
