Bhai, Nitya Home Developers ka track record dekh lo pehle. Tusiana Village ka toh pata nahi, but unke pichle projects mein bahut delays hue hain. Especially Alpha II Greater Noida mein, mere ek dost ne book kiya tha, 3 saal late possession mila. Construction-linked payment mein theek hai ki paisa slowly jaata hai, but agar builder kaam hi slow kare toh EMI aur rent dono ki maar padti hai. 65L budget mein there are better options, thoda research aur karo.
