Honestly, I didn't think upgrading to a 3BHK for my growing family would be this confusing. I'm looking at Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake. Kids ke liye amenities bahut important hain, jaise play area, pool. Kya builders jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh actually deliver karte hain? Matlab, possession ke time kuch aur surprises toh nahi milte? Or society maintain kaise hoti hai after 2-3 years? Word-of-mouth kaisa hai in projects ka?
