Been looking for 6 months for a manageable flat. Emaar Palm Gardens is ready, pricier. Avani Floors upcoming, cheaper. Is the under-construction gamble worth the lower total cost for empty nesters? Ready vs. upcoming advice?

Yaar, under-construction ka toh risk hi alag hai. Mera dost ka project 2 saal delay ho gaya, aur uski EMI bhi chalti rahi! Empty nesters ke liye toh peace of mind chahiye, budget bhi tight hota hai. Emaar Palm Gardens ka RERA 330 toh hai, but price point bohot high hai.
