How do people justify waiting for under-construction projects like Godrej Astra when ready ones like The Hermitage exist? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. The price difference is huge. Is Astra's ROI worth years of EMI without possession? What's the real possession risk?

2031? Bhai, that's like 7 years away! By then my kids will be in college. No way I'm putting my money in something so far out. Too much uncertainty.
Totally agree! Rents are insane. This 'future appreciation' logic for UC is getting harder to believe with every rent hike. I'm in the same boat.
