Visited a couple of Sobha projects on Sarjapur Road and also checked older 2BHKs near Ulsoor. Fed up of renting, my EMI vs rent math finally makes sense. Looking at around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK. For max appreciation by 2026, should I bet on Sarjapur's Metro growth or Ulsoor's established value? What do you all think?

Same boat yaar! Sarjapur Road pe projects dekh ke lagta hai growth pakka hai. Ulsoor is too expensive for me for anything decent.
Sarjapur Road ka future toh bright lag raha hai with Metro, but Ulsoor mein already sab amenities hain. ₹1.2 Cr mein Ulsoor mein 2BHK mil raha hai toh thoda doubt hai, shayad bahut purana hoga? Sarjapur mein naya mil jayega, but connectivity abhi thoda issue hai.
