Stuck between upgrading and waiting in Noida Extension

Is ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Noida Extension justified? Currently in 2BHK, thinking upgrade. What's daily life like, and real appreciation potential in 3-5 years? Not sure if price jump makes sense.

Yaar, 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Noida Extension sounds really steep, especially for a first-time upgrade. Maine bhi dekha hai udhar, but it feels like prices are getting inflated without matching the infrastructure. Daily life, connectivity to other parts of Noida is okay, but not premium enough for that price. What about the real appreciation potential? Lagta nahi itna jump milega in 3-5 years.
