₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj, ya phir Dwarka mein naya project... I'm based in Dubai, can't really do site visits myself. Confused between two options for investment. Ek resale 3BHK hai Vasant Kunj mein, established area with good appreciation. Dusra hai new project by Godrej Properties in Dwarka, near upcoming Metro Phase IV extension. Newer construction matlab less maintenance. Which one makes more sense for an NRI investor? Legal clarity and rental management are my biggest concerns. Property managers ki availability aur reliability kaisi hai in these areas?

Bhai, for an NRI, Vasant Kunj resale makes more sense. Established area hai, appreciation proven hai, aur legal issues bhi mostly settled hote hain. Dwarka ka naya project, although Godrej ka hai, still under construction risks aur delays ka darr rehta hai. Plus, rental market VK mein bahut strong hai.
Vasant Kunj mein resale matlab old building, right? Maintenance ka issue nahi aayega kya long run mein?
