Are Gurugram builders always this opaque with final costs? I'm trying to calculate my real acquisition cost for a Max Estates unit in Sector 63, but new charges keep emerging – PLC, club membership, IFMS. Bhai, same pinch! Max Estates ka hi nahi, Gurugram ke har bade developer ka yahi scene hai. Ye PLC, IFMS toh ab standard hidden charges ban gaye hain. Mera ek friend Baharampur Naya mein plot dekh raha tha, wahan bhi ye log alag alag heads mein paise maang rahe the. Itna frustration hota hai na!
