Stuck on Altura GK2 quality, need real insights

Visited Altura Greater Kailash 2 last weekend. Fed up of renting, seriously considering investing. What's the real construction quality like after a year or two? Any common issues like seepage or cracks affecting resale or maintenance? Also, are the green areas genuinely usable open space, or just brochure aesthetics? Does that really attract good tenants or justify a premium?
