Stuck on Ansal Aastha's long-term resale potential
Resale in completed Rajkot projects sometimes feels like a guessing game, especially for investors. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for investment, you know, the one completed around 2017-18. Price is around 30L for a 2BHK, seems okay, but I'm worried about the secondary market. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; you see all the behind-the-scenes stuff. What's the real investor-to-end-user ratio there? I don't want to get stuck in a ghost society where everyone's trying to offload. My main concern is liquidity down the line. Is there an active resale market, or will I be waiting ages for a buyer? What's the realistic exit strategy here in, say, 5 years? Any off-the-record insights would be super helpful. Thanks!
