Bhai, Ansal ka naam sunte hi thoda nervous ho jaata hoon. Valley View Estate completed toh hai, but Ansal ka track record past mein kuch khaas nahi raha. Especially resale market ka toh pata nahi. ₹68 L se ₹3.2 Cr, that's a huge range, makes me wonder about the actual value. Rental yield bhi doubt hai.
