Honestly not sure how to assess Ansal Valley View Estate from Dubai. What's the actual rental yield and capital appreciation? Is the resale market liquid? Need opinions.

Bhai, Ansal ka naam sunte hi thoda nervous ho jaata hoon. Valley View Estate completed toh hai, but Ansal ka track record past mein kuch khaas nahi raha. Especially resale market ka toh pata nahi. ₹68 L se ₹3.2 Cr, that's a huge range, makes me wonder about the actual value. Rental yield bhi doubt hai.
But since it's completed, isn't that a big plus? Builders jo project complete kar chuke hain, unpe thoda trust toh kar sakte hain. Ya
Totally agree yaar. Ansal ka naam sunke toh pehle hi red flags aa jaate hain. Resale mein bhi problem aati hai.
