Okay, I'll be honest — buying a second property feels way more stressful than the first. I'm eyeing Bargainer Homes Ultra Luxury Floor, it's completed. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm thinking of upgrading for investment. Is the premium on these ultra-luxury floors justified for ROI? What's the realistic rental yield here? And how liquid is the resale market for these specific units? Not sure if the price jump is worth it long-term.

Yaar, ye ultra-luxury floors ka premium justified hai kya? I mean, 3.3 Cr se shuru ho raha hai for an investment property? My mind is boggled. Resale mein kaun lega itne mein, aur rental yield bhi kitni milegi? Bohot risky lag raha hai.
Totally agree, bhai. Price sunke hi darr lag gaya. Itna budget toh first home ke liye bhi nahi socha tha.
